VEKAVARIANT is the first exponent of a completely new generation of roller shutter housing systems manufactured by VEKA. Evidently, it complies with all standards and guidelines as well as the highest service and maintenance requirements with considerably less demanding assembly and manufacturing procedures and increased cost-efficiency. A multitude of innovative targeted solutions allows for all conceivable variations using only one single basic profile. This saves on material and storage costs, especially for manufacturers who offer colour finishes.

With one single system, VEKAVARIANT fulfills all the requirements of a modern roller shutter housing system:

• Housings open from either behind or underneath by turning the lower inspection panel
• Directly extruded anti-rollup security system
• Headpiece insulation with prefabricated break lines
• Upper mounting to the lintel and clip sockets for additional profiles
• Housing and frame can be mounted laterally with steel side plates without screws
• Free positioning of shutter guides for overhanging installations
• Headpiece with lead-through and safety bolts securing motor cables
• Housing can be expanded with adapters for insect screen
• Heat transfer coefficient: Usb= 0,76 W(m².K)
• Temperature factor: fRsi= 0,70
